The management team at Shipyard Property Owners’ Association is preparing for the Annual Meeting of the Association which will be held at the Sonesta Resort at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10th.  Please remember to return your proxy so we can be assured of a quorum.  Also, use caution around the property as we do need paving work before the heavy traffic season arrives.  Hilton Head Health has started construction of their new dorm so be careful as you round the bend towards Hamilton during this construction.
