Originally from Allentown, PA, Tierra is a Penn State Alumni and had a successful career in education prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional. She relocated to SC in 2012 and enjoys Hilton Head’s lovely weather, pristine beaches, miles of bike trails, top-notch restaurants, and Southern charm! Tierra is a Shipyard owner and resident and is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals on Hilton Head Island.

She holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor designation and is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
