Beach Hangtags are now required for parking at the Beach Club or the overflow parking located on Barcelona Road (image below).

If you rent your property, you can enroll in Shipyard’s Short-Term Rental Program. There is no enrollment fees and the program will allow your renters to park one vehicle at the beach parking using a stamp on their pass without the risk of them losing your beach hangtag.
