Overflow Beach Parking

Overflow Beach Parking If the Beach Club parking lot is full, there is overflow beach parking is located on the Port-O-Call & Barcelona road, WITHIN the white lines. We do anticipate a busy summer season, so please try to limit yourself and guests to 1 vehicle per family. If you do park in the overflow parking, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a Beach Cart Shuttle that can pick  you up and drop you off. The shuttle runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm, weather permitting. Starting on August 13th, 2022 the Beach Shuttle will run only on Saturdays and …

  Congratulations Shipyard! We made it through the summer while posting the #9PM Routine! We are very appreciative of the positive response and engagement from our Shipyard community. Our goal, was to help everyone establish a nightly routine to remove valuables from their cars, lock their cars, turn on exterior lights and use any additional home security systems to secure their residences and property. Shipyard Beach Club Update

We wanted to keep you in the loop as to our progress with the Beach Club repair process. As of this morning, we have met with the insurance adjusters and work has been scheduled to begin later today. Here’s what we can confirm right now: The damage was due to the water heater in the attic. The plumbing contractor will begin the repair process today. We already have a restoration team on-site. They have been working on getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. There are also other vendors who will need to access the facility and perform …

Good afternoon Shipyard owners, Yesterday afternoon we had an emergency at the Shipyard Beach Club. Everyone is safe and everything is fine, but we are still in the process of gathering more information. As of this morning, we can confirm that there was unexpected water damage throughout the Beach Club due to an issue with the water heater. ARB Reminders

All exterior work or alterations require ARB approval. This includes, but is not limited to, tree/branch removal, exterior painting, additions, pool installations, paving, and mailboxes. The complete list can be found on our website, shipyardhhi.com. Building or work permits must be displayed in an easily viewed location. Work cannot start until the permit is issued and picked-up. All of the forms and guidelines can be found online or at the Welcome Center. Company vehicles must have a commercial decal or day pass to enter Shipyard.
