Love Is In The Air! Alligator Mating Season
Mating season is from late April to June. During this time, they are likely to wander through lagoons as they search for a mate. In the evening or through the nights, males “bellow” as he tries to attract a female. After a courtship in which the male claims a territory and courts a female, the female lays between 20-60 eggs near a body of fresh water and covers them with trees branches, leaves, and other vegetation. 1st Open Deck Day!
We are proud to introduce the first Open Deck Day for Shipyard Owners tomorrow, April 7th! Open Deck is an additional day during the warm months where the Beach Club will be open to all owners from 12pm-9pm. Feel free to bring food, beverages, or games with you to enjoy!

The Hilton Head Trolley
The island’s Breeze Trolley system is a free way to navigate the area. The Breeze Trolley service will be available until Labor Day and is fare-free. According to the town, more stops are being added to the route! Check out the article in the Island Packet!
New Owner Coffee & Conversation
This a reminder the next Coffee and Conversation will take place TOMORROW: Friday, April 1st, 2022 at 10 am via Zoom or in person at the Beach Club. This meeting will be a chance for you to ask any questions you may have, meet the management staff, and hear from a homeowner on what makes Shipyard so great.
