Commercial work is only allowed in Shipyard Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm. If work is needed on Saturday, the owner must contact Shipyard Security before the work begins and complete the Authorization for Weekend/After Hours Work Form to obtain approval. No work is permitted on Sundays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or National & Observed Holidays. All commercial vehicles must have a daily pass or commercial decal. No visitors passes are allowed for commercial work. All commercial clients are required to purchase a Daily Pass or Annual Decal at the Welcome Center. Annual Decals must be adhered to the correct registered vehicle.

2024 Daily Pass:
All four (4) wheeled vehicles (cars, vans, trucks): $15.00
All six (6) wheeled vehicles: $25.00
All vehicles with more than six (6) wheels: $35.00
Trailers: add $5.00
2024 Annual Decals:
The 2024 decals will be valid until January 13, 2025.
All four (4) wheeled vehicles (cars, vans, trucks): $225.00
All six (6) wheeled vehicles: $325.00
All vehicles with more than six (6) wheels: $425.00
Trailers: add $50.00
Replacement Fee: $50.00 (with original receipt)
Floater Hangtag (only for food delivery, housekeeping, or floral delivery): $350.00
PARKING
Off-street parking must be within a garage, driveway or designated parking space. Parking within a yard or lawn (of lots or parcels), pine straw, mulch, roadway, or no parking zones are prohibited. It is the responsibility of the service provider to coordinate their visit with the property owners, so that appropriate parking is available. Parking can also be coordinated through the ARB when it is regarding construction sites, such as a new build.
DEBRIS
All landscaper and yard maintenance companies are responsible for removing yard debris.
Dumping within the property will result in a fine and suspension of work privileges within the community.
DUMPSTERS/PORTA JOHNS
Dumpster/porta john locations must be pre approved by the ARB.
Dumpsters must be covered or hidden by a neutral-colored tarp at the end of each workday and weekend. Full containers over a weekend or holiday are not permitted.
Porta john locations must be concealed by a wood lattice on all sides.
Any work, interior or exterior, that require a dumpster, must present an ARB permit.
CITATIONS
A citation or fee can be issued for an unposted permit, expired permit or for working without an ARB permit.
Payment or a hearing request is due within 15 days from the date of the citation. To request a hearing, you may complete the SPOA Appeal Form.
Failure to pay any fine for a violation may result in the loss of an access decal and other privileges and the Shipyard POA may refuse to grant future access.
