To celebrate everything Shipyard Owners and Groups do, we have created a monthly celebration called the Shipyard Spotlight. The goal will be to honor a group of people or a person that has done something extraordinary, gone beyond the call of duty, or something exciting within the Shipyard community.

This December we are celebrating the Women’s Club of Shipyard. A group of our ladies completed a walk to raise funds for breast cancer! Way to go ladies!!!

What is Breast Cancer? Well, cancer is a disease in which cells in the body grow out of control. Breast cancer is also the most common cancer in women in the United States. It is a disease in which cells in the breast grow out of control and there are many different kinds of breast cancer. Read more about breast cancer, here.
