Monthly Owner Update

Join us at our outdoor Fall Festival on October 23 from 2-7 pm. We will have socially distanced tables and chairs set-up at the Beach Club circle and on the deck. The inside of the Beach Club will not be open, so we also encourage you to bring your own chairs to supplement if you would like. Masks will also be required. We hope you will come enjoy the food trucks, music, games. Don’t forget to bring your furry friends for our Wag-o-ween paw parade that starts at 6 pm! Please RSVP to beachclub@shipyardhhi.com if you are planning to attend.

The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) has released updated Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMS) (see attachment) for Hilton Head Island. The flood hazard maps, which may be accessed through the Town of Hilton Head Island’s website (see link below), show the extent to which areas throughout Hilton Head Island are at risk for flooding. In June 2017, FEMA released proposed FIRMs based on updated coastal modeling. The updated maps, which show flood hazards more accurately than older maps, will become effective for flood insurance rating on March 23, 2021.
