The Tropical Storm Watch has been upgraded to a Tropical Storm Warning along the coast. Expect locally heavy rainfall during the day Thursday and into Thursday night. Nicole is forecasted to remain a tropical storm as it moves across the southeast U.S. Thursday night and Friday.
