Within Shipyard we have a program called N-Touch. N-Touch is a program designed to ensure that there is a constant circle of caring here in Shipyard. All you have to do is submit a form (located online or at the Welcome Center), and a member of the POA staff will contact you based on your preferences. Annual Assessment Payments are due by January 31, 2024. It is the owner’s responsibility to contact Atlantic States Management if they don’t receive a bill (843-785-3278). Every property owner in Shipyard pays an assessment fee, including those who own a lot. Owners of properties within regimes (condominiums or HOAs), may have additional fees. Contact your regime management company for more details To make a payment online, go to TownSquare at https://www.townsq.io/. You will need to either create an account or log-in if you have previously registered. Your account number is on your invoice (starts with a 1). Fees may apply if paying online.

Fishing Ban The Board of Directors met, and the fishing ban is now permanent. This issue may be revisited next year.

Landscaping Debris Since the colder weather and strong winds we have experienced last week, we have noticed an increase in owners and companies leaving their debris on common property and in empty lots. Please do not leave your yard debris on property that is not yours. There is a Solid Waste & Recycling center on Hilton Head you can use.
