Love Is In The Air! Alligator Mating Season

 Mating season is from late April to June. During this time, they are likely to wander through lagoons as they search for a mate. In the evening or through the nights, males “bellow” as he tries to attract a female. After a courtship in which the male claims a territory and courts a female, the female lays between 20-60 eggs near a body of fresh water and covers them with trees branches, leaves, and other vegetation. Shipyard Owner Decals

All teal/blue 2021 Decals have expired!!! New decals and beach tags must be picked up at the Welcome Center in person. They cannot be mailed to you. A valid registration is required at time of pick up and all decals must be properly affixed to the windshield. If your state does not allow stickers on the windshield, we can offer  alternative placements or paper passes on a 30 day basis. Paper passes are always issued to those renting vehicles. Property Owners are allowed up to two (2) courtesy decals for dependents/relatives living in Beaufort County or within a 50 mile …

New Owner Coffee & Conversation

This a reminder the next Coffee and Conversation will take place TOMORROW: Friday, April 1st, 2022 at 10 am  via Zoom or in person at the Beach Club. This meeting will be a chance for you to ask any questions you may have, meet the management staff, and hear from a homeowner on what makes Shipyard so great.
