Keeping You in the Loop

Good morning. As you may be aware, administrative staff is still working on a skeleton crew, but mainly performing all functions via Telework as per social distancing guidelines. Late next week you will receive the latest edition of The Anchor via email. We will not have hardcopies printed for this issue in efforts to conserve costs. So if you know of any neighbors who do not subscribe to our online newsletter service, please encourage them to email their request to opt-in to communications@shipyardhhi.com no later than Wednesday, April 22nd.
All About COVID-19
Thanks for doing such a great job adhering to the Town requested parking restrictions in the beach area. Please refrain from parking in the turnaround parking spots (near the beach parking checkpoint) also. We appreciate how you are all doing your part in helping us adhere to social distancing standards and keep everyone safe and healthy.
As new information becomes available regarding COVID-19, we will pass it on promptly. Please be assured that we are still:
  • Staying abreast of the latest news so we help keep you all informed.
  • Acting in accordance with all related guidelines as per Governor Henry McMaster and Town government.
  • Working with all rental/timeshare companies to discourage short-term rentals and ensure that any renters from hotspot areas are aware of the self-quarantine guidelines. We are also informing them that any potential renters will not be able to park at the beach.
  • Advising all owners or long term renters calling/emailing pass requests in from designated hotspot areas that they must also self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. We are also notifying them that they will not be able to park at the beach.
  • Continuing to ensure that we have all workstations/posts/common areas cleaned professionally twice weekly.
  • Issuing personal protective equipment (PPE) to all employees in efforts to ensure their safety.
