Shipyard is a large community with many different neighborhoods. This variety of homes and people is something we are proud of. We strive to support and grow our community with short-term rental (up to 6 months), long-term rental (6+ months), and non-rental units. If you as the Owner decide to terminate your contact with a rental agency for any reason, let us know as soon as possible.
Steps to enroll in the Short Term Rental Program
- Read our annual letter to Short Term Rental Owners here
- Understand the 2024 Short-Term Rental Guidelines here
- Complete and return the Short Term Rental Program Application to register your property
- Email a copy of the rental agreement (if you are using a rental company/property manager) to dispatch@shipyardhhi.com
- Display the Shipyard Standards, Sea Turtle Safety, and Alligator Safety fliers for renters
- Stop by the Welcome Center for your complementary Safety in Shipyard magnet
