Special Notice Regarding the Annual Meeting on Monday, March 8, 2021

As you may have read in the packet we recently mailed out, in efforts to comply with physical distancing standards set by local authorities, we are encouraging owners to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting via virtual methods. We will only be able to accommodate 75 owners in person. If you have not done so, we ask that you return your proxy via mail or email (instructions on enclosed proxy) prior to March 8th.

On the day of the meeting, visit www.ShipyardHHI.com to join the meeting virtually via live stream on 3/8/21 at 4pm. You can also access the live stream directly by visiting the POA YouTube page. Go to YouTube.com and search Shipyard POA to watch the live stream directly. We will also have the presentation archived on the POA website after the meeting if you are not able to join in live.

If you still wish to attend in person, we will be taking reservations via Eventbrite beginning today. The link to register is https://www.eventbrite.com/e/141297792501. We will on be able to accept reservations for the first 75 owners. You can reserve a maximum of 2 tickets per household. If you serve on the Board of Directors, you do not need to reserve yourself a ticket, but the other members of your household will.
