We would like to give a huge shout out and “thank you” to everyone who participated in and donated to Shipyard’s first Charity Beach Walk event! We had a great turnout and raised more money than we anticipated. A total donation amount of $245.00 will be made to the Deep Well Project! Hopefully you enjoyed the beautiful weather on the beach and we hope to see you all at other SPOA organized events. Thank you again!
Beach Lockers
If you are currently renting a Beach Locker, you should’ve received an invoice for 2023 via mail in mid-November. Payments are due by December 15, 2022 if you intend on continuing your rental. If you intend to not renew, please give us a call at (843) 785 – 3310 ext. 1000 or let us know as soon as possible. Your contents must be removed by December 31st. **Keep in mind beach lockers are nontransferable. This means if you were to sell your Shipyard property, the new owner would not be entitled to your current locker. They must enter the waitlist.** …
Beach Club Walkway CLOSURE
Beach Club Walkway The walkway by the Shipyard Beach Club will be closed Wednesday, February 15th to Saturday, February 18th. During that time please use the beach access point at the Sonesta Resort. Thank you.
PET ETIQUETTE
Pet Etiquette! Friendly reminder to please pick up after your pet!! We have noticed bags being placed and tossed on the sides of walkways, on top of signs, etc. No one wants to see or smell pet waste as they are taking a winter stroll through Shipyard.
