Weekly Owner Updates 1/15/21 As we have advised in prior emails, please be aware that there have been attempted break-ins in automobiles and unlocked homes within Shipyard. Shipyard has access from the beach and across the golf course, so we are not able to secure the entire perimeter. We need you to make sure that you are not inviting theft by leaving cars or homes unsecured. Also, please notify security if you see suspicious activity. We are working with Beaufort County on these issues and reviewing camera footage for clues as to who might be the perpetrators. We have a few reminders to share in hopes of keeping everyone in the loop regarding activities for the remainder of the year. The owner decal and beach hangtag validation process for 2021 will begin on Monday, December 7th. Welcome Center hours will be 8am-2pm Monday through Friday and 8am-noon on weekends. Please do not discard your current blue beach hangtags or decals, as you will be issued validation stickers for each. We just wanted to give you a few updates and reminders as you head into the holiday weekend! The Welcome Center will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. However, the dispatch/visitor’s lane will be open from 8am-4pm that day. If you need any assistance, please call security at 843-785-4776. The League of Women Voters (a non-partisan organization) will be at the Beach Club this Wednesday, September 9th from 10 am-noon. Welcome Center Hours Welcome Center hours are currently Monday- Friday 8 am-1 pm and Saturday from 8 am-11 am. There are no office hours on Sundays at this time. If you need assistance after hours, please contact the security gate. Also, only TWO guests are allowed in the Welcome Center at a time.
