Golfmaster and Harbourmaster Starting on Monday, June 26th the Town will begin work to replace a pipe. The lagoon and water channel level at the control structure in Golfmaster and Harbourmaster will be adjusted for the duration of the project. The Harbourmaster entrance will be open one lane at a time, so we appreciate your patience. Please drive slowly and carefully through this area. The estimated time frame is about three weeks for the project. This of course is all pending weather conditions. We will keep you updated as we get closer in case anything changes. Thank you.

All exterior work or alterations require ARB approval. This includes, but is not limited to, tree/branch removal, exterior painting, additions, pool installations, paving, and mailboxes. The complete list can be found on our website, shipyardhhi.com. Building or work permits must be displayed in an easily viewed location. Work cannot start until the permit is issued and picked-up.
