We wanted to keep you in the loop as to our progress with the Beach Club repair process. As of this morning, we have met with the insurance adjusters and work has been scheduled to begin later today. Here’s what we can confirm right now: The damage was due to the water heater in the attic. The plumbing contractor will begin the repair process today. We already have a restoration team on-site. Good afternoon Shipyard owners, Yesterday afternoon we had an emergency at the Shipyard Beach Club. Everyone is safe and everything is fine, but we are still in the process of gathering more information. As of this morning, we can confirm that there was unexpected water damage throughout the Beach Club due to an issue with the water heater. For your safety and the safety of our employees, the Beach Club will be closed until Monday, September 12th for all events.
