Good Neighbor Card Each year the Sonesta Resort partners with the other commercial entities within Shipyard and establishes special discounts for Shipyard owners. There isn’t anything to enroll in, all you would need to do is come to the Welcome Center with a photo ID and we will give you up to two (2) Good Neighbor Cards per property (not replaced if lost or stolen). The 2023 Good Neighbor Cards are back in stock.
