“Home or work” mandate added to executive order At today’s (Monday, April 6, 2020) press conference, Governor Henry McMaster added mandates to his coronavirus (COVID-19) executive order, which will go into effect tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7, 2020. In his press conference, Governor McMaster issued a “home or work” mandate for all South Carolina residents.
