November 2020 News You Can Use
Join us at our outdoor Fall Festival on October 23 from 2-7 pm. We will have socially distanced tables and chairs set-up at the Beach Club circle and on the deck. The inside of the Beach Club will not be open, so we also encourage you to bring your own chairs to supplement if you would like. Masks will also be required. Annual Meeting Reminder 2020
The management team at Shipyard Property Owners’ Association is preparing for the Annual Meeting of the Association which will be held at the Sonesta Resort at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 10th. Please remember to return your proxy so we can be assured of a quorum. Also, use caution around the property as we do need paving work before the heavy traffic season arrives. Hilton Head Health has started construction of their new dorm so be careful as you round the bend towards Hamilton during this construction. See you on the 10th.
