Dumpsters This past weekend we noticed many dumpsters uncovered and not emptied. Please remember and remind your landscaping/construction crew, that dumpsters must be covered at the end of each work day and NOT to be overflowing with trash. Any continuous violations are subject to fines in compliance with the Covenants.

When you remove your leaves and other debris from your yard, you must take them to the Hilton Head Dump at 26 Summit Dr. To access the site you will need to obtain a decal from the website, hiltonheadislandsc.gov. If a professional lawn company maintains your lawn, they must take any landscape debris with them. Unfortunately, we have a few instances where debris will be dumped on a neighboring vacant lot or POA common property. People often think that dangerous wildfires occur only in the western United States, when in fact there is high fire activity in the south. Think of all the natural vegetation we have here!
