The 2022 St. Patrick’s Day Parade is set to happen on Sunday, March 13th from 3pm-6pm. Don’t miss this event, featuring marching bands, horse, dogs, floats, friends and fun! Entries – go all out to compete for awards! Volunteers needed and welcome. The parade will take place on Pope Avenue. The St. Patrick’s Day Boat Parade is set for Saturday, March 12th at 10am. Bring out the green, decorate your boat, and join us for a WATERFUL addition to the Hilton Head Ireland St. Patrick’s Parade Weekend of FUN! S.C. DHEC COVID-19 Testing on Hilton Head Island Moved to Crossings Park Starting Monday, January 17, the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) will relocate its free COVID-19 testing from Fire Station 4 on Squire Pope Road to Crossings Park, 4 Haig Point Circle on Hilton Head Island. DHEC’s drive-thru testing will take place only on Mondays between 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Those interested in being tested should enter Crossings Park at Haig Point Circle and follow the signs to the soccer field, where DHEC staff will administer the PCR (nasal swab) test.
