Beach Club Walkway The walkway by the Shipyard Beach Club will be closed Wednesday, February 15th to Saturday, February 18th. During that time please use the beach access point at the Sonesta Resort. Thank you.

ALERT! Good afternoon Shipyard, We greatly appreciated your patience during this sudden event. The Town of Hilton Head, PSD, and Shipyard maintenance teams worked tirelessly all day to remedy the problem. As of 3:45pm on Wednesday, 5/25, the area between the Golf Course and traffic circle are ready to be used and the water hazard is cleaned up. BOAT SAFETY CHECK LIST Ok it’s time to get the boat out – if you haven’t already! This is a good time to go over that check list of items you need to have on board to insure everyone’s safety! There needs to be a PFD (personal flotation device) for every person onboard your boat. PFDs must be approved by the Coast Guard. If your boat is 16 feet or over, you need to have a throwable PFD onboard and immediately available in case someone falls overboard. Every boat needs a working whistle or horn to make sound. Get your waste bags from the Dogipot stations and dispose of used bags at home or in appropriate trash receptacles. Please do not litter the ground with them. Also, be good neighbors and refrain from walking pets on others’ property. We have had several questions regarding lagoon levels.
