2023 Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 7th at 4:00pm at the Sonesta Resort. Official announcements and proxies have been mailed. If you have not received yours, please contact Kate at operations@shipyardhhi.com. For annual meeting questions please contact Anne at communications@shipyardhhi.com. Ballots for available board seats in the residential areas (Gloucester, Kingston, etc.) were mailed last week. If you do not receive yours by Friday, February 24th please contact Kate at operations@shipyardhhi.com.

Informational Sessions for Short-term Rental Property Owners & Managers: What You Need to Know Hilton Head Island, SC – The Town of Hilton Head Island invites owners and managers of short-term rental properties to informational sessions about the Town’s new requirements and regulations for short-term rentals. The sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, at the Island Recreation Center Community Room, 20 Wilborn Road.
