All commercial vehicles must have a daily pass or commercial decal. No visitors passes are allowed for commercial work. All commercial clients are required to purchase a Daily Pass or Annual Decal at the Welcome Center. Annual Decals must be adhered to the correct registered vehicle. 2023 Decal Validation

Decal validation for 2023 starts on Monday, December 5th at 8:00am. If you do not wish to register any new vehicles, you do not need to bring anything besides your photo ID. If you intend to register a new vehicle, bring the applicable vehicle registration with you. DO NOT DISCARD YOUR CURRENT BEACH HANGTAG OR VEHICLE DECAL There is a fee of $25.00 for vehicle decal transfers or replacements. The Welcome Center only accepts cash, cashier’s check, money order, or Shipyard owner personal checks. Shipyard Owner Decals

All teal/blue 2021 Decals have expired!!! New decals and beach tags must be picked up at the Welcome Center in person. They cannot be mailed to you. A valid registration is required at time of pick up and all decals must be properly affixed to the windshield. If your state does not allow stickers on the windshield, we can offer  alternative placements or paper passes on a 30 day basis. Paper passes are always issued to those renting vehicles.
