RFID Tag Sales
Sales for the RFID tags for the automatic owner gate will continue through the year. The Welcome Center will be open Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm for tag sales. Bring the completed form and payment ($45 each) with you. There is a maximum of three (3) RFID tags per property. We have had requests for RFID tag sales on the weekends. Nibble & Nip
We love our Nibble & Nip events! What is a Nibble & Nip? It is an event at the Beach Club that gives Shipyard owners a chance to mingle and relax at the Beach Club. All you have to do with bring something to share, whether it is your favorite beverage or a snack or dessert. The next event is on June 8th in honor of World Ocean Day! So, bring something to share and we will see you there! No RSVP required **

HUGE THANK YOU!
We would like to give a huge shout out and “thank you” to everyone who participated in and donated to Shipyard’s first Charity Beach Walk event! We had a great turnout and raised more money than we anticipated. A total donation amount of $245.00 will be made to the Deep Well Project! Hopefully you enjoyed the beautiful weather on the beach and we hope to see you all at other SPOA organized events. Thank you again!
