#9PMRoutine #ShipyardSafe

Congratulations Shipyard! We made it through the summer while posting the #9PM Routine! We are very appreciative of the positive response and engagement from our Shipyard community. Our goal, was to help everyone establish a nightly routine to remove valuables from their cars, lock their cars, turn on exterior lights and use any additional home security systems to secure their residences and property. If you have not done so yet, we encourage everyone to set a nightly reminder or alarm at 9pm every night to remind you to complete the routine. Shipyard Beach Club Update

We wanted to keep you in the loop as to our progress with the Beach Club repair process. As of this morning, we have met with the insurance adjusters and work has been scheduled to begin later today. Here’s what we can confirm right now: The damage was due to the water heater in the attic. The plumbing contractor will begin the repair process today. We already have a restoration team on-site. They have been working on getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. There are also other vendors who will need to access the facility and perform …

Daylight saving time ends in November so it will get dark earlier. Depth perception, color recognition and peripheral vision can be compromised in the dark.
