Shipyard Beach Club Update

Good afternoon Shipyard owners, Yesterday afternoon we had an emergency at the Shipyard Beach Club. Everyone is safe and everything is fine, but we are still in the process of gathering more information. As of this morning, we can confirm that there was unexpected water damage throughout the Beach Club due to an issue with the water heater. For your safety and the safety of our employees, the Beach Club will be closed until Monday, September 12th for all events.
