The best time to prepare for hurricanes is BEFORE hurricane season begins. Avoid having to rush through potentially life-saving preparations by waiting until it’s too late. Get your disaster supplies while the shelves are still stocked, and get that insurance checkup early, as flood insurance requires a 30-day waiting period. noaa.gov/prepare-before-hurricane-season Attend our *FREE hurricane talk on June 16th at 10am located at the Beach Club. We love our Nibble & Nip events! What is a Nibble & Nip? It is an event at the Beach Club that gives Shipyard owners a chance to mingle and relax at the Beach Club. All you have to do with bring something to share, whether it is your favorite beverage or a snack or dessert. The next event is on June 8th in honor of World Ocean Day! So, bring something to share and we will see you there! No RSVP required **

New Owner Coffee & Conversation
New Owner Coffee & Conversation The quarterly Coffee & Conversation will be Friday, April 28th at 10am at the Beach Club. We invite Shipyard’s new owners to meet with SPOA staff and the General Manager. Coffee and light snacks will be provided. The meeting will include a brief presentation about all the benefits and responsibilities of living in Shipyard and it will end with the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
