Owner Updates for the Week of 6/15/20 Due to increasing cases of COVID-19 in the Hilton Head Island area, the Welcome Center is now a mask zone. Temporary office hours are still 8am-1pm Monday through Friday, and 8am-11am on Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays. Please feel free to conduct your business during these hours, but please wear a mask for the protection of all Shipyard residents, employees, and guests. If you need assistance outside of these hours, the dispatch/visitor’s lane is open daily from 8am to 4pm (up to 6pm or as needed on Saturdays). Shipyard Operations Update-Soft Openings Went Well Courtesy of Your Management Team About the Beach We successfully implemented the soft opening of the beach parking today, and everyone seems to be doing a great job social distancing. Please continue to enjoy the beach, but do everything possible to keep a safe distance especially while using the narrow walkway. As a reminder: Shower facilities are not available and the water has been turned off. The beach restrooms will only be open from 9 am to 3 pm until further notice. All beach-goers should bring their own hand sanitizer, as supplies are limited. The beach …
