Dumpsters This past weekend we noticed many dumpsters uncovered and not emptied. Please remember and remind your landscaping/construction crew, that dumpsters must be covered at the end of each work day and NOT to be overflowing with trash. Any continuous violations are subject to fines in compliance with the Covenants.
Debris Removal
The POA is always happy to see owners working in their yard or hiring a company to maintenance it, but please dispose of your debris or have your landscaper take it with them. Do not stage it on the side of the road or in lots that appear empty. Below you will find a link to the HHI website where they speak more about what they can accept and the provide an application to allow you to dump debris and trash. HHI Dump
