 Owner Updates Courtesy of Your POA Management Team Please pick-up after your pets! We know that this has been mentioned before, but it continues to be a problem throughout the community. Get your waste bags from the Dogipot stations and dispose of used bags at home or in appropriate trash receptacles. Please do not litter the ground with them. Also, be good neighbors and refrain from walking pets on others’ property. We have had several questions regarding lagoon levels. Weekly Owner Updates 1/15/21 As we have advised in prior emails, please be aware that there have been attempted break-ins in automobiles and unlocked homes within Shipyard. Shipyard has access from the beach and across the golf course, so we are not able to secure the entire perimeter. We need you to make sure that you are not inviting theft by leaving cars or homes unsecured.
