Hazardous Weather Outlook
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.
DAY ONE…Today and tonight.
- Severe Thunderstorms: A few strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across southeast South Carolina and southeast Georgia this afternoon. The primary threat will be damaging wind gusts, though large hail and an isolated tornado will also be possible. The primary time period for severe weather will be from 2 to 7 pm.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday.
- Frost/Freeze: Freezing temperatures are expected across most of the area Saturday night. Freeze watches and warnings may be needed. Frost and/or freeze conditions are also possible Sunday night, though temperatures will not be as cold as Saturday night.
