- The beach walkway project is well underway, and we appreciate your cooperation so far. Please continue to use caution in the area.
- Please be good neighbors and pick-up after your pets. There have been several complaints lately, so we are asking for your cooperation.
- Upcoming Owners Only Days are January 28th, February 5th, and 11th. Please call (843) 842-3507 or email beachclub@shipyardhhi.com if you wish to make reservations.
- Locker waiting list letters were mailed out today. If you are on the waiting list and do not receive your notice by 2/1/21, please email passes@shipyardhhi.com. These were delayed slightly, as we were awaiting responses from many owners regarding renewal notices.
- We are still receiving a fair amount of calls/emails regarding “auto pay” for the annual POA assessment. We do not offer an “auto pay” option at this time, but you can mail payments to Shipyard POA, P.O. Box 6835, Hilton Head Island, SC, 29938. You can also drop payments off at the Welcome Center.
