Weekly Owner Updates 2/26/21

Please be reminded that the Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, March 8th at 4 pm at the Sonesta Resort. There are still a limited number of tickets available for in-person attendance, but we encourage virtual attendance as we strive to adhere to physical distancing standards. If you plan to attend in-person, please try to arrive a few minutes early so that we can get everyone signed in and begin the live stream on time. Also, please remember to bring your ticket, (or be able to show it on your phone), and wear a mask.
If you plan to attend virtually, please remember to submit your proxy (via email- communications@shipyardhhi.com, fax – (843) 785-5946, or mail – 10 Shipyard Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928). To join the meeting on the 8th, go to www.Shipyardhhi.com for access to the YouTube stream.
The Question & Answer period will be handled electronically this year. Therefore, we ask that you call or email with any questions individually (see contact information below) and we will respond as soon as possible.

Construction is still underway on the beach walkway. While in progress, there are also contractors working on minor upgrades in the auxiliary restrooms. The plan is still to have the work completed by mid-March, in spite of the many rainy days we have had as of late. Please continue to exercise caution in the beach area, and thanks for your patience.

Show your Shipyard pride! We still have a limited supply of Shipyard masks for sale at the Welcome Center. They have been very popular, so they won’t last too much longer.
